Teacher Training/ SRT Certification

The GoodGood Studio Teacher Training is an immersive introduction to SRT (Slow Resistance Training), the Modern Pilates principles taught on our reformer at GoodGood Studio.

Designed for aspiring instructors, fitness professionals, and dedicated students, the course provides a comprehensive foundation in the science behind SRT, exercises, modifications, and programming on the reformer.

Trainees learn the why behind the work — including fundamental anatomy, alignment, muscle recruitment, spring loading, and exercise intention. We aim to understand not only how an exercise is performed, but what makes it effective.

Throughout the training, trainees learn how to safely and effectively coach movement, provide clear verbal and tactile cues, recognize and correct form, make appropriate postural adjustments, and adapt exercises for clients with different needs, goals, and ability levels.
